Invoicing buildings bigger than city hall limit is returning the error "buyer is not illegible for that size."

I do believe we just cannot expand these buildings but we can still sell them right?

Similar error is coming up when attempting to bid in auction for buildings that are very large (I assume more than 3X the size of city Hall)? Are we no longer allowed to buy buildings that are larger than City Hall?

The devs probably just adjusted the level size limit for everyone to match the city hall size and this is an (un)intended consequence of that.

That was something we didn't realize would happen. But now that it has I'm not 100% certain we're against it. I need to think it over.

This chance gives bigger buildings more premium prices than ever before.

Not if they can't be sold.

Roger that. Not worth much if they're not 'for sale' while for sale.

Against my better judgement I've decided to allow these sales. (Invoice and auction.) But do not expect this loophole to last forever.

In fact, I will remind you that it is completely within our wherewithal to limit the functions of these buildings to City Hall's limit anyway. So bear in mind that risk when you're buying.
