Perhaps, as you all noticed recently Bellerive population and economy has increased significantly. In overall, the trend looks promising. On the other hand Canjara became overcrowded, retail prices fluctuate dramatically. A good example of this is a bottled water, which recently dropped from β12.000 to β4.600. Therefore, I reckon this is a good moment for Bellerive based companies to unify their efforts and expel Allmart from Bellerive. If we manage to increase Bellerive economy this will create more space for retailers.

I'm selling all my buildings in Canjara in order to move to Bellerive and defeat Allmart. For sure, I won't be able to do this alone. Ergo if anyone else is interested in increasing Bellerive economy please, feel free to provide your feedback, suggestions, thoughts about how to make Bellerive better place for business.

Bellerive stats 21.01.14:
Population - 348145
Retail Spending - Troubled (-2) - 75.702%
Allmart retail share - 31.1%

I would Like people to move to drakar, because 1-2 big companies could conquer it.
This won't happen though:P

It will take more than 1 or 2 companies to make Drakar move....will take many companies to make it move and keep the momentum going. However, Bellerive is showing some signs that it could move if enough companies keep the momentum going.

Bellerive economy keeps increasing...

Retail spending: 76.106%
Population: 350366

Of course Drakar and Abalesk also have potential, but I chose to move to Bellerive because some blokes already started working on its economy, thus I won't be alone against the system.

I doubt 2 companies would be enough to cover many products and cause booming. If only those companies are not really huge retailers. Current Drakar retail capacity is merely 154,589,500 ft2, while Bellerive's retail capacity is 392,532,200 ft2.

At one glance Drakar might seem to be easier to take over, because SSC threshold is 2.25 times lower in Drakar than in Bellerive, but the retail capacity of the latter is 2.54 times bigger.

Wellcome on board !

Please focus on one product and make its price raise as much as possible. We'd better not have the population raise too fast and make it harder to maintain full coverage of products.
Also, if you need supplies contact me. I may be able to help some or direct you to the right person.

That just make Bellivere more expensive to take over:P
If I can take 6% of D with 1.5millft id love to see what the full 167mil ft would do

The store space in D is actually 167,179,500 ft2.

Bellerive was my home city :) Before I learned about booms/busts, I make ALL of my retail there.

I still have a pretty strong presence, but its all under expansion. Similarly with Drakar, I'll bring them out of expansion and dominate a few products if canjara ever becomes less profitable.

I finally finished expansion and started retailing books :) Education is crucial for the future economic development of Bellerive citizens :)

I think the title is inaccurate.
