Post Farm Collective Land?
I have a rubber farm on ´farm collective´land, which I thought gives a 10% reduction in production cost. But I´m not getting the discount....

anyone else having this problem?

Or you are, yet you wouldn't know it.. Id like to know how you know you aren getting it. If that's the only farm you have, then you have no comparison. If you have another rubber farm, the prices Dom the 2 differen rubbers are merged together, thus there is no comparison.

It says on what the production per unit costs are.

And its costs me $2.91 to produce and it should be $2.62.

Normal production cost of rubber is $3 - city adjustment 3% = $2.91.

So, I´m not seeing(getting) my farm collective reduction....

.

So far so good.
Now add the cost of 15 water from your warehouse to the ß2.91.
Compare that figure to the cost of rubber in your warehouse and you will find the missing 10%.

"inside the farm" is where the city adjustments effect on the production cost is shown.
The land effect shows up in the warehouse, as the cost of the rubber.

It's -10% to Farm costs and that includes the cost of inputs not just the cost of production,

Na, it doesn´t work like that and if it does there´s something wrong. have a look at some factories on Ind. Crossroads, the 10% is taken direction from the per unit cost, why on earth would they make the 10% on farms different and above all hide them? It doesn´t make sense at all.

Oddly we are both right.(sort of)
I have three fruit farms on farm collective land, one in each city.
I noticed the production cost anomaly a while ago and saw that the warehouse price was lower than Production cost plus 10 water so I didn't worry about it.
When I read this post I went back and checked and here's the thing I checked Canjara and I was correct in what I said above.
I've just checked Abalesk and it works as I said above.
Bellerive however works as you said.
In Bellerive the warehouse price is 10 times water plus the city adjusted production cost. (10% too high)
But the warehouse price in the other two cities is as it should be.
While the in farm production cost in all three is showing as PHIL - city adjustment.

I can't figure that one out

We fixed this internally earlier today.

You're getting the benefit cost-wise, but the building display isn't showing it correctly. Make 1 unit of rubber and check your cash before and after, and you'll see that it's working correctly. You will only be charged β 2.62 per unit.
